  1. Hoo Boy 86 GL wagon still going strong. Noticed yesterday when I engaged cruise and hit a rough bit of road, it popped off. Seem to remember many years ago having to adjust about 2 little switches on each pedal. With no manual to guide me, do I tighten or loosen them. What I remember was being on my back and cussin at the cramped quarters. It's also plenty cold here, and even though I am getting to the point where letting the shop take the little jobs as well as the big ones sound good, think I can still manage this one if someone will remind me what needs doing, Subie and I have grown old together, I lose my memory, it loses adjustments.:lol: Thanks Mark
  2. 86 GL 5sp 4x4 wgn with hill holder. This old beast has a quirk that has me stumped. When the temps start hitting -15F and lower the left rear wheel gets air in the line. Never sits by the bleeder valve, so need a pressure bleeder to get it out. We've been in hte deep freeze for 2 weeks now, and just ran it back to a friend who has the inside shop and bleeder. He jokes the only time he sees me is when it's -20 outside. No air in any other lines, no wet connections anywhere, just stumped where it may be coming from. Master cylinder is good, as with a couple pumps the pedal stays up. Help!! Thank you. Mark
