    in cold weather under 60f ambient,acts as if a warm engine as fans run continuously and requires priming to start. is there a sensor malfunction that makes the computer think the engine is warmed up and thus leans out the fuel injected mixture and turns on both fans..question is * which sensor and location.*??.
