    Thanks! Got it. Just plugged it into one of the connections I'd cancelled out the last time I played VACUUM DEDUCTION.

    Yeah, ea82. 1985. Don't think there's a white canister back there. But whatever color it is, the hoses attached to it are connected to something. I'll check it tomorrow. No switch for 4wd on this model.

    Could someone please save me from playing another round of deduction and tell me which vacuum controls the heater and defroster vents. Everything blows through the vents now, after I broke down in Denver and let a mechanic work on the car. Thnx.
