I know they are stock. JDM might be too tight of a word. It seems they were on them everywhere except the states. If you look at all of the literature for the leone (mostly in russian) they all show those mirrors. I just need to find a pair. -Dusty- -

I think that is probably what mine looked like a long time ago. -

I love photoshop. The pictures i posted are directly off of the camera with no editing. I like the rim reflection look. Good job. -

New Mexico was spot on. The original color is that orange that is around the headlights. If i ever get it painted, i think i'll do matte black with ghost flames. It'll be a long time though. -

Nope it is stock. I wouldn't mind installing a webber if i can find one. Eventually i might drop in an STI motor. -

I would love to find some new seats for it. I would also like some lowered front springs. Oh and some nice looking hood mounted mirrors. Anyone know where to get springs for this thing? Are they progressive? if they aren't progressive then i'm sure a sawzall could cure it. The glasspacks are obnoxious as hell, so i might change that. If i do i will dump the exhaust out behind the doors. Glad you guys like it. -
For those that want to see my beast, look in my photos. or scroll down a little It's ugly, but it is running alright and the body is straight. -Dusty-

So, what would, or could, cause my idle to hunt from 1.5k to 2k? This is after the engine is warmed up. I have my idle set a little high because it dies otherwise. Any ideas? Thanks, -Dusty-

I think i posted this in the wrong section the first time. so here it goes again. Hey all, So i picked up this '74 GL (leone, 1400, etc...). It's a front wheel drive 4-speed, 2 door coupe. Here's the issues. Idle seems to be a big problem. Thought i had it working last night, but i tried to start it this morning and it just dies if i don't keep the gas on. It also seems to be missing at idle and above this morning. Here's what has been done so far. Replaced plugs, cap, rotor, plug wires, and vacuum lines. Rebuilt the carb, but i might need to clean the jets better. Timing is set correctly, i gaped the points properly. I believe the fast idle adjustment is correct, but i'm not sure about the idle and idle mixture adjustments. Two things i noticed. I'm missing my anti-dieseling solenoid, and the wire was cut to the anti-dieseling switch. I think the automatic choke might not be working correctly, but i'm not 100%. So... Any ideas? Anyone know how to adjust the choke? Thanks, -Dusty-
