Lost my nuts (and bolts)
Lost the transmission mounting bolts for my 1995 legacy 5-speed, so is there a spec sheet for the type of hardware used for mounting the transmission to the engine block?

Subaru dealer cutting off body parts
Thank you to everyone who helped me clear up is little mystery. My Subaru is a 1995 with 225,00 miles on it. I use the tow hook (tie downs) almost very weekend for my sea kayak bowline. Looks like back to the drawing board to design some thing to clip my bowline too. ~C

Subaru dealer cutting off body parts
I took my Subaru to the dealer for a clutch job, later I found out that they cut off my front tow hooks…WHY? Nobody there can give me a straight answer. I do lot of sea kayaking and my kayak is 18’ long and I tie a bowline from the kayak to the front tow hooks.

1995 LEGACY Transmission Trouble
In the years that I have owned this car I never replaced the clutch, and at the time of the break down the clutch felt very strong. I forget to mention earlier that I could put it into 4th gear but it would pop out when I let up on the clutch pedal. Christian

1995 LEGACY Transmission Trouble
I’m looking for any words of wisdom on what needs to be done to get this great car up and running again. 1995 LEGACY WAGON, 5-SPEED 218,000 MILES Well, here is my problem. When the light turned green I pushed down on the clutch pedal and I could not put it into ANY gear. Shut the engine off, I can put it into gear, start the engine to hear a loud grinding noise, shut it down and tow it home.

LOST 4th GEAR
I have a '95 Subaru Legacy Wagon with 215,000 miles. A problem has creped up. It pops out of 4th gear all the time and it is getting quite annoying. Does anyone know any likely solutions for this besides getting a new transmission? Any help please.
