    thanks for your reply. i have replaced the cluster. thils vehicle was a victim of vandalism. all glass lights and instrumentation was broken. the cluster that i replaced the original with is from an auto transmission vehicle due to the unavailability of one from a five speed in my local wrecking yards. will the vss from an auto trans be different than a 5 speed? thanks ron womack

    hii there i am new to this forum. i recently picked up a 91 legacy wagon awd 5 speed. i recently checked my cel codes and have found code 33 which is for the vehilcle speed sensor. i have cleared the codes and rechecked to find the code is still there. my speedo is working fine but not my cruise control. any help would be appreciated ron womack
