thanks all well im gonna go put the marvels oil in and hope for the best every body cross your fingers just gonna run it bout a thousand miles with the marvels and the bosch then im gonna order me a oil filter from subaru and change the oil again

so bosch is really a bad filter i was under the impression it was fairly good?

well i went to get my marvels mystery oil for my stuck lifter and got in and no start soo... found a new starter alls good there however after i changed the starter i was sitting on a hill pointing up, fairly steep, and i couldnt get it to shift out of park,(AT obviously). so i got out and pushed up on the car ,(uphill ), and my wife shifted it right out?!? ok if im there but if she was by herself we would have a problem wonder what would cause this?? any help would be appriciated also i have bought a bosch oil filter to change the oil and my mystery oil just wondering if this is the right one it is a bosch premium oil filter part #3310 anyone know if this is the best or not thx in advance

looks good that is the only time it has happened so far

i drove my 98 outback about 40 mi. then stopped on a STEEP hill pointing downhill i turned the car off for about 2 min. then restart when i started the at oil temp light flashed about 4 or 5 times im not sure it caught me off guard

just got a 98 outback the engine has a loud "tick" from startup to accelerate hot or cold noise is related to speed of engine faster rpm faster tick has anyone dealt with this?? thx jeremie

just bought a 98 outback that has had an engine out of a 2000 put into it runs great but there is a loud tick in the engine that is from startup to accelerating hot or cold didnt know if it was somthing that was done during engine transfer or what thx in advance jeremie
