hey if your coming in from Missoula, you shoul let me tell you the most beautiful drive I have ever done. Driving from Chicago, I went through missoula and south down onto 12 at which point I turned immediately around and slept for the night in a hot springs(pool) parking lot, due to the INCREDIBLE ammount of wildlife on that dark and empty road. Good thing to, because I was able to view route 12 in all its glory through walla walla oregon & walla walla washington, connecting to the columbia river gorge etc.............................Beautifull.....Hmnnnnnnnnnn Anyway you should probably camp in the high desert anyway. keep an eye out in the walla walla's for the strangest "road signs" ever (written on the road in paint)

What do you MEAN NEXT TIME it's not to late I haven't dropped it off, that could be tonight! Who is Fox? Where is he? I am a subaru mechanic, I have done this trans before, I just need warranty! Anyone else.....Feedback? I can't believe there is not one reply to experience with this dealer, oh well, I guess I have to find out for myself and report back! Anyone know subaru's policy for third partys(trans shop) putting in Subaru reman trans-Warranty voided or still good?

Cougar hot springs is west on 126 and south of it a bit near Cougar resovoir. Special spot for me because I found a dog there- Franklin, that had a hurt paw etc.. great dog, collie shepherd mix. camping is cheap if not free. Be prepared to see more clearcuts up there than old growth. Something like less than 5% of old growth left in the state. You know it will be raining probably right? it rains all winter pretty much Camping on the coast would be fun for a day to, water is cold and usually no sharks, just sea lions up north.
