Nevermind idiot moment.....

Is there anything else i can do without having to get rid of the Weber????

Hmmmmmmmm.... alright, i just want more power without getting rid of that bad rump roast carb...

But with the EJ22, (which sounds like i want), what would i do then with the Weber carb??? Unless the EJ22 comes in carbed

Will an EA-82 mount right up to a stock 84 GL Hatchback transmission??? and is it carb or injected? Better yet.... What engine could i drop in that will fit and mount that will take a new weber carb i just bought

1984 GL Hatch, i just put on my weber carb... My throttle sticks and i have to pump the gas once to get it loose so it goes back to idle and it sometimes stays up at 2500 rpm when it sticks.... How can i fix this so i don't have to pump?????????

I bought the gauge and have to put it in still. I have the fuel return line plugged but fuel is coming out of it. sooo i think it might be the pressure but i don't know until i put the guage in

Im pretty much noob so its a stock WEBER 32/36 DGEV. I don't know what my pressure is because i don't have a guage or a regulator for it

I just put my weber in but my gas milage has sunk wayyyyyy wayyyy down, unresonably. Also it like is choking on fuel i think, but i have everything timed and running pretty lean. Help??????

Welll boysss..... IT"S FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The suubby is a go!!!!!! I just have to get it licensed and its finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its blue when i start it and then it goes away. When i turn it off after warming up, it turn it back on and then there is a lot of white smoke that comes out the tailpipe. It also has a very rough idle and i already tried the speed, mixture, and timing and everything is good... its very possible that somehow the antifreeze is still getting into the manifold. im going to just cover it and hope... How can i just disconnect that port from getting any fluids at all??? Is it the tube that runs from the water pump to the back of the manifold?

I checked it and its all sealed off, well now that im working on it during the daylight hours, the smoke is actually blue, thick and out of the tailpipe?????????

Alright i got everything running at its amazing:headbang: But it emits a lot of smoke out the tailpipe, its heavy and white. its for sure smoke cuz that's the smell ummm????? never had this happen before.....

Okkay.......... What if my accel cable is too short to reach??? and the carb didn't come with any kind of braket

Ordered the Weber. God im gonnaa hate forking over the money but i think i'll be happier eventually

Well the weekend is over and it still doesn't work.....

But yet it still remains..... There is a dead spot at 2000 rpm... All vacuum lines showed no leaks and i've played with all the adjustments and it still has the dead zone. And i don't want to spend $339 YET!!!!!!!

I haven't checked, i replaced the spring though and put the old one back in and it had the same effect for both springs
