Pretty cool. Can you post a picture of the whole car? I'd like to see how it all looks.

Since this is the first time I've tried this I have questions about the power polishing. Would it be best to put the polishing compound on with the polisher on low or higher speed and using the foam pad? And then follow-up with the polisher on lower or higher speed using a wool pad? I don't want to burn up the polish but I do want to make it do it's job. Any hints?

I am doing it with a fine foam roller. If it runs is it too thick or too thin? I know this can be done and I know there is a technique. It can't be that hard to see it is doing what I expect it to.

I am trying this technique. When you wet sand between coats, do you have to get it really smooth? Or does the next coat level out over the small bumps? I thin my paint is too thinned out. When you put the paint on does it kind of bubble up or do you kind of roll a thick layer of paint on?

What was the last year and model the dual range was offered on a Subaru?

My 1999 Outback automatic transmission needs to be replaced. Anybody got any suggestions on where I can get a re-built, re-manufactured, or really good used one?

Hi. I finally purchased my xt. It's and 89 AWD auto. I've had an 87 Loyale, 92 Legacy, and now have an xt to go with my 99 Outback. There are some little things I have to fix on the XT and I'm sure USMB members can give me some help. First, can anybody provide me with a diagram of the windshield washer tubing scheme? I think mine was put together wrong because the pump works but I get very little output at the nozzles and I have cleaned them and hoses out. If anyone has a picture or even a handrawn diagram it would help. Thanks.

I meant to say it vibrates when moving or not moving at around 2200 rpm. Is this usual?

My 99 outback vibrates at aroudn 2200 rpm at idle or when moving. Dealer said older engine just gets carbonized and unless you rebuild just live with it. They said it wasn't motor mounts. Is this usual?

When was the last year Subarus had a low gear in their loyales, GL, DL? Was it about 1990?
