  1. 97 Subaru Steering Woes

    I am having trouble with turning. Seems like the wheel does not want to return back to center. The steering pump seems fine with no leaks & the belt is pretty new. The weird part is with a full tank of gas the steering seems fine. Ball joints? Tires? ???? Any ideas???? Recent work done in the past 6 mos: Head gaskets Water pump Timing belt Struts Frt Rotors/Pads
