  1. This is my 6th Subaru. 5 were Brats( wish I could buy a new Brat) i HAVE NEVER HAD TO CHANGE A BULB. tHIS IS A 2013 FORRESTER.
  2. It's the mpg gauge and one other that I can't remember. Not the speedometer
  3. It's not a Bumbry. I had it converted to RHD . To work at the post office. Got the parts shipped from down under for $1,200. Had a great mechanic change it over including the dash. Am happy you are enjoying it. I used to baffle cops at road blocks. It was fun. Cop would be looking in the window at newspapers while I was waving at him from the other side of the Brat. They always just waved me on, embarressed.
  4. I have owned 6 Subaru's over the years. 5 Brats( still have a few interior parts) But I miss my ashtary as does everyone who still smokes. I know that someone has cleverly improvised an ashtray for the 2013 forrester that will fit in the dash where it is supposed to be. But I can't find them. You guys helped me get parts from down under to change over to RHD to work for the post office. I know you can do this PLEASE! Contact at ibdpi@yahoo.com I will also check board. I am desparate because I keep burning the seat trying to reach the console. HELP ! HELP ! PLEASE ! PLEASE !

  7. You must consider the wieght of driver and passenger if any.
  8. When I bought my first new Brat in 1980 the book said capcity was 800 pounds including passengers. Did I listen? of course not. First thing to go is rear wheel brearings. Another new Brat in 84 book said the same thing. Did I listen? No. More new wheel bearing. I don't over load my 86, I learn quick HUH. LOL
