  1. The place is called ERI (Electronics Resources Inc). It's off of Mottman by SPSCC. No prices on anything, so I would just go in and ask them and they will find the part for you. It's a little bit old skool, but I love the place. I stop by probably once a month, either for work or for personal. Great place.

    HTH!

  2. TheLoyale: Ya, I am trying to fix up my PM's now. My donor status got removed somehow, even though I have donated. I just re-donated yesterday, but it's still not fix. I started a thread in the forum "help" section since I can't PM a mod to figure out what's up!

Thanks for looking, and I will PM you here once I get my PMs back!

As for the TCU, I don't think that it matters if it's from a sedan or wagon or a certain trim line. Just AWD and on or before MY 1991. The reason the removed it was probably because they found other ways of "flashing" the rom the further along in the development cycle they got. This is normal for a long project like this. They will update the boards with new features and remove old stuff that isn't used anymore. You should see some of the board from early MY 1990, they are GHETTO! Totally development boards.

My leggy has the paddles in it now, I just want some spares since these TCU's seem to be quite rare!

  3. Sweet man, that would save me a blitzkrieg run down to turlock and back in 24 hours which was the original plan, lol. And give us an excuse to catch up.

Keep in touch man, my email is harris.donald@gmail.com I will send a few messages out here and there as well.

Good luck in school, and I will be watching your leggy build thread!

      True2Blue

      Been awhile. where ya at?

  4. Down in Cali eh? Nice! You coming up here any time soon? I got a trans for my leggy sitting in Turlock CA and was wondering how to get it up here... So if you are coming up anytime in the next couple months, I will throw some cash your way for picking it up. LMK...

That's sweet you are going back to school. Good for you man. Best thing I ever did, that's for damn sure!

Luckily the leggy I got is an LS, so it's actually got alot of sound proofing in it to begin with, but ya, I can see needing some sort of sound dampner with the bighorns. But I don't think I will really mind :-)

  5. What are you going to school for? You mention WYOTECH, so I take it cars :-)

I got a 3" SJR lift sitting in my living room, just too broke to buy the outback struts and tires, lol. Looking to run 27" Maxxis Big Horns on it :)

You still out here in Washington? How was Kuwait? How's the girly girly and the baby? It's been awhile since we have hung out, lol.

  6. Sup man!

Doing the same old thing. Got a 62" HDTV I got for free I am fixing now, and still waiting to lift my leggy.

Speaking of lifted subies... I like your new rig :D Can't wait to see that bad boy!

What are you up too? I read something about school?...

  7. Lol, I just saw your post, and it's obviously past the weekend, sorry about that.

But yes, I would like to go out wheeling sometime soon, but the next few weekends are booked for me...

Post up in the forum and try to get a meet together if you haven't already, and I will see what I can do!

  8. Hey ya, I still got the door panels, hell I still got the whole interior! They are the light blue found in the later loyales, not the dark blue found in some the of the gl-10's. But they are in good shape. Email me at harris.donald@gmail.com and we can talk more about it. Sorry I didn't see your message until today...

  9. Sup Abe!

I figured that I would send you a progress report, yes I actually made some progress!

So I finally got off my lazy arse and cleaned up the side of my garage and got down and started going to town. I got everything unbolted except the big axle nut because I need someone to press the brakes so I can actually loosen it. So ya, once my wife gets home and can help me, I will get that off, and then that side will be off! Then I just have to transfer the stuff from one side to the other in my garage, and then do the other side, but since I have done it once, it should go pretty easy. I work tomorrow, but hopefully I will be able to finish it up soon.

My donor status got revoked because I haven't been on to donate. I donated today, but I haven't been cleared yet so my PM box is still full. You can email me at harris.donald@gmail.com though, and I will respond. Hopefully my inbox will be back to normal soon and I can PM again...

  10. The heater fan resistor only has 2, 3, and 4, no 1 setting. I never used the 1 and never had a problem. If you want the resistor, just pay for shipping, it's yours.

The struts are still there for sure. The shocks were ok for me, but they might be the original ones on the car, I am not sure. The PO didn't mention replacing the shocks. I did not notice anything funny while I had the car, it drove just fine, not rough at all. BUT, the passenger side did take a beating in the accident, so I can't guarantee it to work.

But all of this might be moot, as I don't know if my shocks will work for your car. I am not sure if ea82 (my Loyale) shocks can swap for ea81 (your hatch). That might be an issue... I will look into it here in a bit and get back to you.

Edit: Is the "hatch" you refer to the car in your avatar? If so, then yes, my shocks should work fine for you.
