  1. 1992 Legacy won't start/cold weather

    1992 Legacy, won't start just cranks and cranks (a few times vroom'd, then died) Pulled a plug and it was dry. Temps last night in single digits, currently high teens/low 20s. Plugged in block heater last night, no difference. Ran a space heater under it 2 hrs today, no difference. Last winter always started strong even below 0. Bad gas/frozen fuel line, bad fuel pump, fuse, fuel shut off switch??? Please keep answer simple, I have limited mechanical skills/tools, also no owners/service manual. Thanks!
