  1. I've had the car for over two years. Just turned over 190k. Its got a 5-speed tranny, not sure of any specific type. I'm gunna check what the CEL code was. However, since I've never done this before, I need to know where to connect the OBD II Scanner I borrowed from a friend. Also, whats the easiest way to do a vacuum leak check by myself? Never done that before either. But you live, you learn. Thanks again for your help.
  2. I got a 95 1.8L Impreza. Issue: When started, the RPMs shoot up to 3,000 or 4,000 and stay there. Diagnosis: I originally thought it was the throttle cable or the throttle body. Not those. Soooo, now I'm thinkin its a vaccum issue. Any thoughts on this?
