  1. I would try to do it all at once. when you torque the head bolts there will be a bit of flexing that could break the seal and cause leaks.
  2. make sure your mech didnt end up using the purge solenoid from the 94 engine, they could be different. I would agree that if these things just came up after this work was done then something isnt hooked up correctly.
  3. In my experience aftermarket cats generaly contain 50-60% less precious metals in them, to bring down the price. AKA they dont work as well as the ECU would like, and here in Colorado with IM240 testing they rarely pass the test. Did the light come on before or after you Seafoamed it? That alone could put enough contaminates in the exhaust to foul the o2 sensor. I would suggest a scope test of both o2 sensors, likely the front is failing, followed by using a "Top tier fuel" and no additives. http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html.
  4. my 99 is 8 bolt with cable, but it has the holes to mount the slave cylinder, the only difference is the fork, and yeah make sure the final drive is correct.
  5. Beautiful, yeah i did the rear speakers today, not bad, next up is the cluster, then maybe I will do the cruise. Thanks much. Oh did the outback struts change the ride height or just ride quality?
  6. I have a 99 legacy Brighton. I noticed while putting speakers in it that there is wiring for the tweeters, is there also wiring in the rear doors for speakers?, because it doesnt have rear speakers. Also is the wiring there for the tach on the inst. cluster, will a cluster with a tach plug and play? Thanks
