the other day i started to hear a noise that sounds like an idler for my timing belt. it seems to be coming from behind the timing belt cover. i have a new water pump, timing belt, thermostat, etc. all i need to get is the idlers and/or tensioners? for the timing belt. i want to make sure i have all the possible parts it could be before i take my car apart. i have no manual and the only things i am really worried about are getting the pully off the crankshaft and not messing up the engine timing. if anyone has any experiece or advice on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
also all the parts stores i've been to say that the tensioners are probably a dealer part, i usually get most of my parts from napa, but they are closed today (sunday) and so are the dealers. if anyone knows a good place to get these besides the web, that would be great too.
