  1. THANK YOU James M .....neither of these part numbers showed up on my local Autozone computer...just called them...gave em your part numbers, and lo and behold they suddenly have both items in stock.....the Manager and I are going to have a little talk when I go pich them up....funny, I went there physically last nite to ask about them, and the counter guy told me they never carried that stuff......I long for the days when a parts guy knew what the hell he was talking about...wasted time...grrrrr

  2. Ok...here's the situation.....put in new Xantstant Theromostat, have replaced the cap, waterpump...flushed the block and the radiator...radiator 10 months old...no leaks any where, no smoke or water out tailpipe...no water in oil...no gases in coolant....I believe I've "burped' the system correctly....idles no problem runs awesome...overheats when I drive it ONLY when I test drive it on the road...and get on it to run...shut it down, to cool off....restart and drive back home...and it reheated on the way home again...let it idle, and it went back to good temp....WTH!!

  4. Maybe...but I still need to get the new one reinstalled...and I want to inspect the shaft-nose...maybe clean it up. Want this to be a solid fix...I will torque it to 130 when I'm done....just need to get it off 1st. What I really need to know next, is if there is a good fix to align the keyway , shaft, sprocket & pulley?...I was thinking of drilling 2 holes in the pulley to correspond w/ 2 threaded studs drill pressed into the pulley aligned w/ the Woody key, and lock it all together.
