  1. its too far back theres just not enough room but it doesnt look like the threads are stripped
  2. I don't have a camera anymore it got lost so basically the axel nut fell off and the CV spindles got pulled out of place so its kind of just resting there. theres about a cm of the piece where you put the axel nut sticking out of the rotor if that makes sense
  3. Hi so on my 83 BRAT my pin on the axel nut came off allowing the nut to slowly loosen and pop off and with it went the axel can i pop it back on or do i have to replace anything but the pin?

I had an EA81 with the weber 32/36 carb on it and we swapped in an EA82, we put the EA81 intake on (im waiting reply from weber for the adapter to make the carb fit on the EA82 intake) my question is, will this work in the meantime i have the car running but it has no power and it spits gas out the top of the carb after 3grand help help help

  8. I have an 83 brat with an EA 82 and we got the timing off by one tooth but it runs but when it gets up to about 3 grand it spits gas out the top of the carb HELP HELP HELP
  9. we got it FINALLY we replaced the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor and then we got the timing right finally so it runs we need to do a carb tune so it works right should be good to drive today, and we also need to figure out some neat little way to make the hood fit luckily someone put a weird looking scoop on there so we can just cut it out easily as its just sheet metal.
  10. nope never have and it doesnt matter right now anyways took out the thermostat til i get the adapter for the carb with my new intake due to some issues with the housing

  12. My interior fans arent working, the one eat my legs are but the ones up high are, im still getting heat at the lower ones how can i fix the upper ones?
  13. so whats my best bet other than to swap the flywheel? (im in a hurry and have no cash)
  14. is there anyway we can do it with the EA81 cuz im broke and, yea no bueno i need to get this done by tomorrow
  15. its carbed, the flywheel is the flywheel that came with the EA 81, we drilled out the holes to make it fit right
  16. i out the EA82 into my brat, got all the parts in but we just cant get the timing right and need the exact way to time it, we have tried a million things and its not working
  17. i had this same problem on my brat eventually the engine went out so im swappin in an ea82
  18. puttin an EA82 into my car after my EA81 died
  19. not to sound like a wongleflute but why would you want to??? its a brat they deserve to be raised its like lowering a wrangler
