I've got a 5mt d/r but it's full time 4wd i'd like one with selectable rear drive but i carn't seem to find a part time ej gearbox, Could i use a ea part time 4wd transfer box on my 5mt d/r?

Sorry for digging up an old thread, But why dif you have to machine this gear? It looks to me to be part of syncro for high low selection, but you don't say anything about it in your write up. Thanks ahead of time.

Sorry if i've posted this in the wrong section. I am after ej high/low gearbox with part time 4 wheel drive ideally with 4.11 diff gearing does such a gear box exist? or can it be made up using components from different boxes? i mainly need help with the part time 4wd on a ej box as i've found most about everything else using the search function Thanks ahead of time.
