Yo, My 87 spfi is idling between 1500 and 2000 on cold start and between 1000 and 1500 on warm start in park and neutral. Is this normal for spfi with 3spd slushbox? Thanks Dave

what is that thing?(see attached) I found it on top of my stereo when I had it out(rear speakers wern't working. not wired ) My sisters' 87's also have it. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave

Well, the plan is to do the tranny swap before i do any major mods to the engine. Its gonna be a street/offroader. I probally keep the stock height and tire size. Oh, and by the way, it has just over 184K miles on it. Later, Dave

Hey guys! I bought my first Soob last Tuesday. 1987 GL Wagon SPFI 4x4 w/3spd auto. I plan on swapin' da auto with 5spd d/r (can't be that hard, right?) Its got all da options: Pwr door locks, pwr windows, cruise, alloy rims....da works ;-) here's a pic: Soooo.... what kinda performence mods can I do to da SPFI? Can I turbo/supercharge it? What about cams? Intake? Exaust? Anything???? Looking forward to getting to know all ya ;-) Dave
