I am missing the small, C-shaped piece with 3 prongs that goes behind the back door, in front of the rear wheel on the driver's side. Where can I get one? Besides a junkyard?

How much would the parts cost for the timing components and the head gasket? I have a mechanic who does excellent side work at a great rate. Thanks for the tips.
