where can we get the rally whelps?

i have a 13 xv im working on for my gf and there are a few things she wants and i dont know the best place to find or get them or if the are possible yet she wants to lift i an inch or so i know i can get that but whats the best way to do so. She wants a hood scoop (like the new impresa has) she wants to get a mud tire for it but we are having issues finding anything (we were told to go to a smaller size tire) any info will be greatly appreciated

ok so i have a 2013 xv and i am looking to give it that well known subi rumble/growl how can i do it and not break the bank

My other question is how

i am fixing a 87 hatch and the hill holder leaks can i just bypass it or what do i need to do? someone help please
