On my '92 Loyale, the fuel damper (underneath the car, on the RHS, in front of the tank) appears to be rusted and is leaking. The dealer wants CDN$91 (I know, that's about US$9.10). since there are two additional fuel dampers on the line (according to the underwear manual and the stealer) can I replace the damper with a $.03 piece of copper or steel tubing, or is it better to get the real deal?
