Hi TS
I'm sorry that I do not have any in-depth knowledge with catalytic converters but according to my little talk with our mechanic, a general fit like the ones that magnaflow make would be alright to use just not sure about it throwing a code. Also, I do doubt that they reach 800-900.
Just sharing some info.

Would something like this http://www.jcwhitney.com/nitrous-co2-and-fuel-cells/c2046j1s17.jcwx be the same as to what you are looking for? I'm still kind of a newbie here and I'm guessing that the need for a double row radiator is for a performance boost like that of a nitrous system.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right diagram that you are looking for (found it by searching for MSD products wiring diagrams)but I still posted as it "may" be of some use. at least that's what I think

A few 1:1's I made for a robotic washer study.
this is mondo sick dude! it's like you have magic hands or something. can I ask you to make parts for me too? I saw some parts from racepages that I'd want you make

I found a video that could help you in removing those
http://www.ehow.com/video_2328066_remove-control-arm-car.html
the vid gives a detailed step by step procedure, so I think you wouldn't find it hard to understand.
Do you already have a control arm bushing replacement? if not feel free to pm me. I have an extra one I'm willing to get rid of

I really love what you've done with those brush guards. I'm currently using one made by Manik. I really think I'd want the ones your making.

^I wouldn't really recommend cleaning them. also, it may just be me but I think you'd better off getting a replacement. I've seen a lot of site suggestion above, I personally prefect rockauto too. you could go with auto parts warehouse too. another one with autopartswarehouse-like rates is car-parts and partsgeek. you should check them out
