I am hosting a Colorado Subaru Clubs BBQ! This is for new and old Subarus. Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there! DATE: October 5, 2003 TIME: 3:30ish We'll start cooking at 4:30 - 5 PLACE: Addenbrook Park. Kipling and Exposition DIRECTIONS: I-25 to 6th Ave. WEST. Take 6th Ave to KIPLING ST. take the 2nd exit which is the SOUTH exit. Take Kipling to EXPOSITION. It is the 4th light. Its the light after Alameda Pkwy. Take a LEFT/EAST at the light. Then you should be there. FOOD: This is a pot luck, so please BRING something. Bring what ever you like. To 21+ liquor is allowed. Here are some ideas what to bring: Hamburgers, Brats, buns for the brats and burgers, soda, chips & dips, baked beans, macoroni salad, fruit salad, potato salad, desserts like pie, cookies etc. ~Britnie

Well I put FI cleaner in about 3 weeks ago.....didn't help. And the backfire noise isn't extremely loud or quiet....but if you are near the car you can hear it. I'll look if theres a hole in the intake hose....but I don't think there is because I sealed that up about 6 months ago. But i'll check in case. SKIP...thats sounds VERY possible.

I wanted to ask you guys for advice so please help. Heres the problem: When the engine is cold I start it up and the engine will sometimes want to die and I have to give it some gas and it will backfire. Then it will do the samething sometimes when I just started driving it when I am sitting at a stoplight for example. But when I am sitting at a stoplight it doesn't backfire. I took it to a shop and they told me it probably just needed a tune up. Well I got a tune up and it really did help but...it still does it sometimes, not as much as before though. So I took my car back to shop to show them what I am talking about. But of course the car will not do it when it is being looked at. So that didn't work. Please tell me your ideas what you think the problem could be. Thanks, Britnie

I could organize another BBQ. But if i organized it, it would be in Lakewood. In Lakewood there are a couple great parks where I have had car club BBQ's before. I HAVE A PORTABLE GRILL AND COOLER all in one, just for these occasions. So if people are willing to come I will set a date for this BBQ, which would be a POTLUCK. Also, I could invite the other Subaru club. Maybe we could have it on Sept. 28th, or Oct. 5th????????....Before it gets too cold. Tell me what you guys think! Britnie:wave:

Sounds good! Theres going to be a lot of free food so people please come!! Also another Subaru club has been invited so hopefully a lot of them show up. Some of the Z club and Supra club should be there too.
