Can someone post a diagram of the thermostat I'm buying a new radiator for $80 and I want to replace all of those hoses and connections

How much time does it gets to the engine get hot and appear in the dash since for me it does appear and disappear whenever he wants

I've been trying to find another digital dash since I can barely see all clearly all it look all orange and not sharp, is there a way to open and fix it myself and put a tint or something to make it look darker like this one http://i.imgur.com/Hbxoybd.jpg

Don't know where to put this but here it goes, I got a Black GL-10 Wagon we in the repairing it's small details but there aren't much people in my country who works Subarus like this classic, I want to knwo how does this car reads it Tempeture becouse it show sometimes and sometimes it does not, and now It might have an electrical short everytime I tune signal light to the right the car lights shut down very weird then it goes back once it change the signal light btw it has burned up 3 AC Relay output.
