  1. That looks really good. What size bolts did you use?
  2. Hey guys just looking for some ideas on this but I have a 91 loyale and the underside has rusted right where the driveline carrier bearing bracket mounts and now it has begun to hang down on one side because it's rusted off. I am on the proper way would be to cut that section out and weld in a new piece but I only my paid 500 bucks for it and it just needs to last the rest of the winter. One idea I have is to get a plate and bolt it to the underside of the car to support the bracket. Any other ideas or suggestions that might be easier or what others have done in the past?
  3. Also what type of fluid should I put in the transmission? I saw 75w90 but cannot be limited slip but all I can find is limited slip lol. Still diagnosing the 4wd. Yes it is a push button and I have messed with the input shaft on the transmission could you possibly tell me which is 4wd and which is 2wd forward or backwards on the pivot?
  4. Well I'm still pretty new to the community but I've read many different posts and I have traced vacuum lines and all are connected. The lights are on but I'm pretty sure it's not in 4wd. I say this cause the other day I got the front tire to slip on a paint mark at a red light. I have this connector down by my feet next to the door that has some wires ripped out (will get a picture as soon as possible) and I'm going to fix this and see if that helps but if anybody has any other explanation or a post that can help please do! Thanks again!
  5. Hey guys I just recently purchased a 91' Loyale with 167k miles and the TOD from hell lol. Only paid 500 bucks and it drives like a dream. 5 speed manual shifts great. I have a front wheel bearing that is bad and I'm having trouble locating a good DIY post or vid. Found one but the pics had all been deleted. Pretty sure I can figure it out myself but some clarification I need is that there are 2 bearings per hub right?
