  1. New to posting on the forums(due to not being able to figure out whats going on with my subie just by lurking) and wanted to say thanks for all the info and help this community gives.
  2. So the last two weeks I have been trying to fix my 95 legacy thats an EJ22. I believe the original problem was the crank and cam shaft position sensors due to it not starting at all and then after waiting ~10 minutes firing right up. Now, I am having a rough idle, RPMs fluxing from ~200-800 or just idling normally and when i touch the gas it just stalls. I believe this is MAF related and am getting a P0100 code with a check engine light. The MAF story is, as i was checking for problems with my stalling car, I unscrewed the MAF sensor and basicly ripped it out not knowing what it was and not researching it. So i replaced the MAF with a new one. I made the mistake of loosely screwing the MAF back onto the air box and had them wiggle loose and the MAF just hanging in space not connected to anything(I add this since I am not sure what that could do or if it matters much?). Two days ago the car was running fine until i was going home, started it, touched the gas and it stalled. I disconnected the MAF and reconnected it and the care drove perfectly for 2 days. Today, I had really bad idle and was playing with the car and it started stalling when i touched the gas again, so again I think there is something wrong with the MAF since it seems to be the same problem as before. Also the vacuum line under the air intake seems to be connected right. Other things that I have changed in the last week -Fuel Filter -Knock sensor(wire was chewed threw and i think this was what threw my check engine light a couple weeks ago) -Cam and crank shaft position sensor -Fuel Relay fuse? not sure of actual name. i have been searching a ton of websites for awhile now and at this point i am posting since i have no idea what to do now. thank you for the help!
