Hi subaru lovers, as i drove from quebec to vancouver, my frnt left coil spring broke at the end of the top spire. As i dont know well vancouver, i would appreciate someone that could tell me where i can find an used or new one. I would like to know if it will work if i put it back in the upper spring seat while im in the need of my car. Finally, is there an alternative to these coil spring from other brands - model - year?? Thank you for your help

I i got a proble with my radiator. I just saw that my radiator had no longer any tranversal metal in it. There is only the horizontals one!! But my engine run's fine and i got no prob with overheating. Don't know why? I would like to know if i could break my engine if keep driving with it, and is there an alernative to change the radiator. Will an other one could fit (from an other subaru, model or brand) If not, where can i find something cheaper than one that cost the price of the vehicule. Thx Always had good replies from u guys!

Hello subi friends, im soo disapointed. I am working to change my front disk brake (only the disk), and it`s soo stuck. I now gotta change the bearing, cardan joint and some other nuts that have broke as i was trying to get the disk out. Is there any trick for the other side if i dont want it to cost 4 time the price it could have cost. I was thinking to saw the disk in two parts... Thx again and again JB

hello subaru lovers, it's been two times that my engine does that: turns but doesn't start when it's rainy or real moist outside. Then i wait for a couple of hours and it starts well. Then when it starts, there's a huge white smoke load that comes out my muffler for a couple of minutes... Can't see what it is...head gasket maybe Thanks downunder

Same as mine, but i got an other little problem, my gas level looks always ************ top??? never really know how much gas i got left...??!!

I would like to know if there's a link between the huge amount of smoke that goes out of my car when i start my loyale 93 and for the next 30 mins, and the cold weather. My other concern is about the oxygene sensor that i replace 4 months ago, since then, my car was really economic until 3 weeks ago. And my mpg is almost the double as it was. thx, don't hesitate if you need clarification...

Hi, someone wrote me that i could replace my alternator for a chevy one... Wat year and model or doesn t matter. I would like to know wat changes i have to do to make it works and if the amperage will not make all my electrical system burn!!! Thx again

hi i really need help... im stuck in northern ontario and my alternator just broke up!!!! Is there an alternative or i must find a subaru one!!!!!! I got a 4wd loyale 93. Or with which models it could be replace by or anything that could fit... as my battery indicates 12 v when i test it, my ultimate test was when i let the lights on, the engine goes down and finally die. but if i shut the lights before it dies, the engine keep running and dies finally. i gess its the alternator. If someone got any clue, pls let me know. The battery can hold a charge.. Thx very much...

But now i got few questions: i bought a f-150 inline fuel pump but i would like to know if someone have experience this kind of fuel pump on his subaru loyale or any kind of model and wat effect this different pump can have on the computer versus performances.... Coz i dont know the pressure and the range of the gpm of this new pump. Thx JB

Hi, im in a big mess!!! My fuel pump is leaking and the price of a new one is higher than the price of the car itself!!!!! Do someone know the cheapest pump that could fit for a subaru loyale 93 station wagon 4x4. Or if someone know how long i can drive with this kind of leaking pump, let me know coz im going for a 6000 km trip and i really need this car. (the leak is only few drops per min during the acceleration; its more about sweting) Thx very much JB

hi i got a lack of pressure when i brake. But this happen only at the first try. Ten, i have to pump the pedal and it's ok, it doesn't loose it's pressure as long as i keep braking. I got a subaru 4wd 93. 243 000km. If anyone can give me a hand.. Thx. down.
