    Hi all: We just got a 2014 Forester after owning Toyotas, Nissans and Audi cars previously. After reading the manual I noticed they state to remove the roof antenna before going through a car wash. I was surprised and wondered if anyone else removes the antenna? Seems odd to tell owners to do this given that car washes are brushless nowadays or at least here in New York. Any idea why we would need to remove the antenna when going through the car wash?
