About to pick up a stock outback with 106k on it and I am looking for suggestions on what to do to it. I'll be driving this in the winter time and occasional offroading. If you could suggest some stuff with a link that would be great. Thanks.

Found a nice one for $2699 and it only has 106k miles. Should I jump on it for my winter/offroad car? I'm also wondering where I should start ordering modifications for it, like the tubed front bumper. Thanks guys.
