Could you tell me if it is the same thing as a OEM J142 ?

I need to change my Igniter on my Legacy brighton 2.2 1998. They are very expensive and the used ones appear to be scarce. The part number is 22438 AA045, they are very similar to AA040, AA041, AA042, AA043, AA044 I found one 22438 AA044 used. Would it be possible to use it? Thak you!
