Anybody??? How do I get a hold of Gloyale? Sorry I'm new to this
-
They give this huge BANG or GRIND and no power goes to the wheels. Then It usually sounds like there's rocks in there after the big bang .

So before I dive into this topic, I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Ruban and I've been researching USMB posts for things like head gasket replacements, wheel bearing replacements for years and finally thought that I'd finally start an account. So anyway's I've had a few Suby's (2 Justy's and 4 Loyale's) and did the rwd conversion to most of them by cutting out the front axles but the Loyale gearbox never lasts very long. I was wondering exactly how to reinforce the gearbox buy welding it, because I just bought another Loyale 4wd and I wanna rwd!!! Gloyale stated, ''I welded my transfer gear collar right to the gear to keep maximum engagement on the teeth in my T-cased rig.......no need to use the FWD option."

I Think you mean transfer gear.....not the ring gear in the front diff correct???
I welded my transfer gear collar rigth to the gear to keep maximum engagement on the teeth in my T-cased rig.......no need to use the FWD option.
But that is T-cased not really relavent here.
How do you weld the transfer gear collar to the gear? I have to replace my rwd s/r gear box every year or soo.
