  1. Thanks, that seems to have taken care of it. It seems to idle a little better too. R
  2. I am getting an error code of 23, what is this? the check engine light comes on if the problem goes beyond a momentary stumble and goes out within a mile or so once the problem goes away. Thank for the input R
  3. I have a 94 Legacy GT wagon, 2.2l twin turbo. I have a problem where it acts like it's not giving more fuel with increased throttle, total interuption of power. I put in a new fuel pump relay and that seemed to fix it but the problem returned, my wife brought the car to a shop while I was out of town and they thought they fixed it by putting in a cap and rotor, problem is still there. Any ideas, problem seems like fuel not spark. And does this car have A cap and rotor, I can't find one, it has individual coils at the spark plugs.....This car was originally a Japan delivery(RHD), should it have a connector for plugging in a code reader and where might I find it?
  4. I would like to improve the ground clearance on my 94 Legacy GT, twin turbo low rider. It has 205/55/16's now and I would love to go to some 225/75/16 which have a dia. of 29.2" would I have to cut metal? this car rides very tight with a very stiff suspension, I assume it is stiifer due to the GT option what are my options for loosening up the suspension? I saw a 2" lift, what could I fit for tires with that? O.K. now that I have the car I went out with a tape measure and realize that I am limited to something under 27' in diameter for tires, anyone know what is the max. also is there a model of Outback or Forester that's suspension components could be used to gain some suspenson lift? i noticed that the spring perch on this car sits pretty close to the tire already, not sure I could go as large as 27' dia. without the tire rubbing there too. The twin turbo setup sure makes this car fun to drive, but the Kenyan roads and low car mean I occaisionally hit the undercarriage and would like to do something about that. R
