  1. Can some one tell me where and under what title is the fuse for the fuel pump on a 98 Legacy SW RHD. Its not on the fuse panel covers at the kick panel or under the hood?
  2. Thanks I have been looking. I will have to take it to the Subaru dealer and I really dont want to do that.
  3. I put the fuse in the FWD holder because of a bumping noise when I backed up. Noise quit and I removed the fuse. Took the car to the shop and they found the rear transmission mount broke. Had the mount replaced but now the AWD will not engage. The shop does not work on transmission so they took my car to a transmission place and they said the solenoid was stuck and to drive the car a couple of days with the fuse in and hopefully the solenoid would come loose and AWD would engage. If not then they would have to go in and replace the solenoid. Does that sound good or is there some thing I can check? Or should I presssure flush the transmission first? 98 Legacy, L, Auto.
  4. I had the same problem on my 98 Legacy. The leak turned out to be a O ring seal on the bottom of the reservoir. Siphon the fluid out of the reservoir and then remove the bolt in the bottom of the reservoir and the exterior bolt then remove the hose. Then pull the reservoir up and off. You will find the O ring on the bottom of the reservoir.
