I've seen some 1st gen legacy wagons with Outback suspensions on youtube and would like to do the same to mine. I have a 94 Legacy L Wagon. Any advice as to what years Outback to look for? Thanks!

Hey everyone... good to be here. I have a 94 Legacy (auto). I hear this odd sound when the key is turn to the on position.... and if it's left in that position for more than a minute, it takes about 10 seconds to start the car. It's like something happens with fuel pump or whatever... either way, it's best to just put the key in, turn and start right away if I don't want to risk anything weird. Any advice? More details?... etc.
