  1. Thinking about it. Found a set of Rota Grids in the 4x140 bolt pattern. 15" though, so I need to check fitment.
  2. So I'm researching new wheels for my '83 GL and came across a set, however I'm unsure if they will fit. The size I'm looking at is 15x6.5 +38. I'm most concerned about the offset causing a rubbing issue. Does anyone have any experience with sizing up the wheels this much?
  3. I'm not 100% sure on how he did it. It looks like in the back the previous owner just used the torsion bar to do so, and he had just done the front struts. Possibly with another model that sits lower? This is my first classic Subaru so I'm still learning whats changed over the years. I'll have to give him a shout and ask. Gotta get that beach cruiser look!
  4. Hey! I'm a longtime NASIOC member and have been out of the Subaru game for a little but some Craigslist surfing brought me back! Picked up a 1983 Subaru GL yesterday and I'm remembering why I love these cars! The car is a 5 speed, 92k original miles, incredibly clean inside and out, and has a ton of life left in it. This should be a fun project to start working with. (My '86 300zx there, 89k original miles. Another craigslist gem)
