I have a 1996 Impreza LX while performing some maintenance I noticed that this part had broken (the green part is now missing). Can somebody tell me what it is and what it does? Sees fairly easy to replace, but I don't know what I should be asking for and my google skills have failed me so far.http://imgur.com/a/csJvu
