    The brake light doesn't turn on when e-brake is on. The only light that is on with key on engine off is the battery light.

    Took my subie in for smog check and didn't pass bc it has two codes and the CEL isn't illuminating. I just got the car as a gift. PO didn't fix the problem. Not sure what he did. I have replaced all the bulbs and the battery is the only one illuminating. If you guys can help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you
