[1996 Legacy EJ22]

I've noticed an oil leak coming from under the timing belt cover, where a rubber gasket is, pretty much right under the crankshaft pulley. Is this most likely my crankshaft oil seal leaking? Is this hard to fix myself if it is?[/QU

Has there been any more powerful RX, Loyale and XT models or their variants in the 80's? I mean factory models, not after tuned ones. I read somewhere that there has been some 170hp variant from RX but I haven't found more info about it. Does anyone know?
