    have same trouble with a 2000 forester p0446 replaced valves both work have 12-v @ plug tested wire to pin 10@ecm also good still have code any ideas???? is driver in ecm bad ??any help would be good here

    have a 2000 forester with a constant service code of p0446 replaced filler neck both valves @ evap box have 12-v @ plug tested wire to pin 10 @ ecm still have code on start up after I clear ecm...... so whats left???? thinking ecm driver is bad for drain valve anyone have any answers?
