  1. Hello all, Okay, I’m taking a Skiing trip to Canada. Canada requires snow tires (Triple Peak or M/S tires) on certain roads. I haven’t had to buy snow tires in Washington. Question is, would it be wise to buy steel rims for the snow tires, or just have them mount them on the OEM rim? I would have to buy tpms sensors for the new rims. Would I have to get the tpms calibrated each time I change the tires from season to season?
  2. Looks like the starlink app doesn’t show the auto start feature. Will need to install the remote start, I have a key not the push button. Installed is $650. Wish I would have done this when I made the purchase.
  3. Thank you, purchased the starlink app, will post a response of what I find out. Thank you for the info.
  4. GD Thank you for the reply. Will definitely stay away from aftermarket. To use the STARLINK, I will have to go to Subaru and get a OEM remote installed, do I have that correct? Darrin

  6. Hello, Has anyone put an aftermarket remote starter on a 2019 Outback. This is my first Subaru, was told it’s very tricky putting aftermarket remote starts on Subaru’s. Unfortunately my car didn’t come with one, and the dealer never mentioned anything when I said I would put an aftermarket remote start on it. Any suggestions?
