  1. You know what Ag-quip is right? The Agriculture Conference/Field days held in Orange NSW.

Over the last few years of production Brumbys came out in Ag-quip trim. As far as I'm aware they were just an unleaded DL Brumby with included Air Conditioning, tauneau and some fancy stickers.

They also had a rear step built into the rear bumper and the factory overloop bullbar. One of my friends had one from new I liked the other small touches just made it a little different.

  2. I would say just drop the shock. Undo the bottom bolt of the shock and then you should get a bit more down travel from the rear control arm. This should give you more length to slide them off. Sometimes I use a big flat blade screw driver to wedge them off. (when Im lazy)

  3. This one was the gl-5 it came with the plastic bumpers and was a 5 speed 2wd. I put the 4wd dr box in and a wagon rear end in it. It had the up market dash with all the extra gauges like taco, oil pressure, amp etc. I chose this for a conversion as it like the ones over there have no offroad use. They are less likely to have rust which the wagons and brats are prone to in aus. Thanks for your replies guys its good to hear whats out and about.

  4. I would say in my suby experience that the ea81 are the best. I have owned both ea81 and ea82 and have gone back to the ea81. I have a 1982 leone sedan with 3.9 D/R 4 speed welded diff 2" lift and 26" muddies. I am going for a 4" lift next so I can go to bigger tyres and longer travel susspension. It does the business for me as a 4x4 but lacks the comforts that the L-series can provide. I find the ea81 more reliable on the trail much less complex. Its a pig to drive but great fun and who needs creature comforts when you are in the great out doors. Thats my 2 cents worth anyway
