Zoobaru

So, I have an 01 Impreza and I'm sick of replacing its crappy front wheel bearings, and warping the rotors. Does anyone know the feasibility of swapping over Legacy spindles and brakes. The front is most important, but all 4 wheels would be best. Any help is appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Ok, I needed a running car, but there is some good stuff for someone. The car I went to look at was not what I needed. It did have some stuff that may be in demand. The car is an 87 GL-10 sedan, turbo with lockable AWD. It also has a 3.700 LSD in the rear. The engine likely needs rebuilt, and lots of parts. Uppipe, all hoses.....who knows what else. The front, drivers fender and rear door also are in need of attention. If I had the room and extra cash I`d get the stuff myself, but I don`t. Also be prepared, it in BFE california. The main reason I know of that causes exhaust overheating before a cat, is retarded ignition timing.

I thought I`d ask right off, what is the cause and remedy for the inherent clacking in many of the older Subaru engines? My roomate has a GL that has a bad case, and it's getting to the point it either needs fixed, or it needs a louder stereo.

Just wanted to say hi (and get rid of the annoying message telling me to). I am going to buy my second Subaru tomorrow, an 87 GL-10 4WD turbo sedan.
