  1. Hi all I am new to Subaru and find myself working on an 98 Forester (auto) There is an oil leak at the front of the engine. Not yet having removed the timing belt cover I can’t be sure but it is probably oil pump seals or perhaps crank/cam seals. The question is how big of a project is doing the T-belt and seals? I have done timing belts on other cars, (VW, Audi) and other significant auto work, clutches, pulling trannies etc. So is this something I could expect to do in a weekend or better yet a long day with air tools and a bit of luck? Thanks Luke
