Hello again, from Japan. Here's my question...does anyone know the difference (if any) from the 93 Jdm tranny from a U.S. model? If so can you help out with directions on swapping...from how much fluid, what weight, to any kind of kinks that you may think I'll run into when changing out this thing. I've already picked up another one to swap, but I'm having some trouble in communicating with anyone over here about the swap. So if anyone can help me please do. Thanks!

Well I've taken the car to the Subie dealer here, and the tumblers were bad in the ignition so they are ordering the new part and I'm have to get new keys cut...it sucks, but at least it's getting fixed.

Lol...I wish it were operator error...unfortunately it takes about 2to3 minutes to actually get the key out...and two days ago it started acting up when I try to start the car.

Hello everyone I just arrived in Japan about six weeks ago and I bought my first Impreza two weeks ago. My question is my ignition is getting stuck...well the key at least...so I tried to change it out with another ignition however I'm having some trouble getting the old one off. Has anyone removed and replaced an igniton before...if so can you help? Thanks
