  1. Always, the same spot everyday my rx does this thing when i come to the stop sign it begins to idle real low and then when i give it gas with the clutch in it feels like theres some sort of resistance. When i begin to drive and i release the clutch the car barely moves even with the pedal all the way to the floor and it will make some strange clunking noises then it will all of a sudden kick in and rev right up normally. Same stop sign everyday no where else.

  2. So today i got screwed. I had a minute accident but my car got hit on the right side. pretty much no damage other then the corner light needs to be replaced. but the weird thing is now it wont start. it cranks but wont turn over. i just dont get it. I checked the battery and all its connections since its pretty close to where the car got hit. any idea what might have caused this. i know its really vague but im really curious. Im not gonna be able to fix it myself anyway since the cars been impouned and with all the other list of fees and towing charges i cant afford to have it towed again.

  3. I didnt mean no time to do it my self. i meant as no time to diagnose. hell if i could find one ill put id in. but as of right now its at a garage and wont drive safely enough to get it home. Im pretty sure 87-89 turbo will work. But the thing is like i said its my daily driver and i dont have time for to wait for someone to ship me one. i need it done by the end of the week.

  4. so the engine will stall when i come to stops and it takes many trys to get it to start back up. and when i get it going again i have to keep giving gas or it will just stall again. Its at normal op temp and seems to be running fine then just stalls. Very smooth stall, doesnt buck or anything just dies. does this sound like a fuel problem possibly?

  5. My rx grinds second at high rmp and is very slopy. Kind of really annoying. It is most likely the syncros going bad. Ive heard that the ATF flush works but if u want you can also try Redline MTF. Its realllllllyy expensive crap but suposedly it will help them last a little longer. Im gonna try it as soon as the weather gets better ill post some results.

  6. Well im really not one to say whether it will last on a long trip or not id let some on the more experienced guys on here answer that. My guess is dont loose sleep over it because your not the only one on here that has that issue. Mine comes and goes and when it comes it pisses me off a little. But try the quart of MMO with your next oil change you can get it anywhere from autozone to walmart. Some people on here swear by it.
