This is the daughter... I'm sure my dad will check this when he gets home and update it if he needs to. What happens is you turn the wheel (left or right, whether you are going forward or in reverse) and the car comes to a stop. It happens fairly quickly, there isn't much of a pulsing to it. The car starts to shake around 60, but I'm pretty sure that's just an allignment. It is an automatic. It seems to be somehow tied to the "height" button and the air ride suspension.
An example. You are going forward, turn the wheel to the left and the car comes to a stop within a few seconds. It feels as though the braking system is "locked up". If you turn the key off completely, everything releases and the car moves forward about a foot or so.
