I have a 98 forester , battery went dean now when i jupmp it it will start but the 4 way flashers will not go off????? reset button ? HELP!!

Common issue.

 

On Legacy's there is a black button with under the steering column or by the hood release.

 

Not that formiliar with Foresters.

 

Do a search, find a flashlight, and stick your head on the drivers floormat and start looking.
